ounded in 2014 by Mark Castellino, Andy Waldman, and Jenna Atchison, LA HOME Magazine emerged from a vision to highlight the burgeoning talent of artisans, architects, and designers in Los Angeles, CA. The magazine began as a single issue available at a newsstand in Brentwood and has evolved into a widely recognized publication found on newsstands throughout the U.S., including airports, Barnes & Noble, and Whole Foods Markets.

In 2024, we initiated our latest project, LA and SF Home, referred to as LAxSF. This publication adopts a flip magazine format, dedicating each half to one of the two cities. Its objective is to create a dialogue between design and art in the vibrant contexts of Los Angeles and San Francisco.

LAxSF Magazine is dedicated to celebrating the creatives who shape our surroundings. Our mission is to forge a trusted brand that encapsulates the essence of a vibrant creative community, providing a platform for emerging artisans, designers, and architects to showcase their work through both print and digital media. We aim to inspire and aspire, identifying innovative solutions to social issues such as housing shortages and sustainable practices, positively impacting local communities.

Our magazine caters to a design-aware, culturally savvy, and affluent audience aged 35-50. We feature content that resonates with this demographic, including emerging design, architecture, art, photography, in-depth celebrity interviews, and unique home tours.

Additionally, through our real estate partnerships, we offer a selection of luxury homes for sale in the $4-$20 million range.

LAxSF Magazine embodies the Southern and Northern California indoor-outdoor lifestyle that draws creative minds from around the world. With 112-120 pages beautifully printed on high-quality matte paper, our magazine not only presents visually compelling content but also reflects the sophistication and collectibility demanded by design connoisseurs.

Our publication serves as a springboard for various projects, including collaborations with established brands, video and interactive shows, book publishing ventures, and initiatives in the real estate sector. We seek partnerships with advertisers and brands that align with our values, ensuring a synergistic relationship that fosters growth and profitability.
